YOUR ROLE AS A: Senior Talent Partner
Position SummaryThe Senior Talent Partner plays a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment and talent management, partnering closely with the Head of People in Capital A and business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role combines strategic talent planning with hands-on execution, ensuring the organisation builds strong, future-ready teams aligned with business growth and transformation priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline across all functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, and development frameworks to build leadership pipelines.
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience, positioning the company as employer of choice across key markets.
Leverage data and insights to track hiring performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Manage stakeholder relationships and external partners, including agencies (if any) and platforms, to ensure effective talent sourcing.
Support organisational development and workforce planning, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and growth plans.
Ensure governance and compliance across all recruitment and talent processes in line with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management, preferably in a fast-paced, regional or multinational environment.
Experienced in talent reviews, succession planning, and development frameworks.
Proven track record in hiring for diverse functions and senior roles.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
