About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Senior Team Member, Production Assurance / Projects to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing commission payment processes, managing complex payment grievances, delivering management reporting, and driving projects and system enhancements. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy, strong controls, and continuous improvement in production assurance functions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and perform commission payment calculations across all distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and resolve payment grievances, including review, approval, and issuance of payment notes
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting to internal management, including analysis and insights
- Ensure strong controls and governance over commission and payment processes
- Lead or support projects and system enhancements, including improvements to the TA system
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and project delivery
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Background in finance, accounting, operations, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in production assurance, commission processing, payments, or operational reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination or system enhancement initiatives
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
