To design, develop, enhance, and support finance-related applications, such as the Oracle EBS Financials covering the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables and Financial Accounting Hub, both locally/regionally, that enable efficient, accurate, and secure financial operations under Group Finance.
Technical leadership in application development, troubleshooting, system integration, and continuous improvement of finance systems to support business objectives. Planning and managing project tasks / deliverables of minor or medium complexity.
Batch job monitoring and operational support on a rotational basis to ensure the stability and timely execution of finance-related processes while proactively streamlining and automating manual operational tasks, improving overall efficiency and reducing operational risk.
Job Description:
Ensure smooth implementation of projects (new or enhancements) / assigned tasks on time, within budget, with quality (thoroughly tested) and with value add.
Ensure system solution / design meets user specifications and business objectives.
Ensure timely resolution of application problems.
Ensure compliance of IT standards / policies, QM SDLC procedures and Audit requirements.
Ensure system Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
Job Requirement:
Minimum: Degree in Computer Science.
Mandatory: Oracle EBS R12.2 Application development, understanding of base tables and ability to write complex coding is essential. Oracle SQL Developer on 19c, Shell Scripting (Unix/Linux)
Optional: Oracle FAH, OBIEE ETL and OBIEE workflow. Familiarity in these modules would be advantages. MS SQL 2022 / 2025, Python 3.10.5 and above.
Tools for support Finance operations: Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot JIRA (SDLC Process), GitHub (Version control).
Technical Expertise: Oracle EBS R12.2.3 and above: Proficiency in GL, FA, AR and AP, on table links, system design, troubleshooting is required.
Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective and sustainable solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with business users, analysts, IT teams to ensure successful delivery of systems.
