Senior Technical Designer (Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD)

Location Balakong, Seri Kembangan

Salary Packages: Gross Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,000 (including allowances)

•Transport Allowance:RM150

Working hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30am – 6:00pm

Role Responsibilities :

SAP & Manufacturing Support:

• Maintain and update SAP Manufacturing Module (ERP).
• Assist in creating BOM, Routing, Production Versions, and Production Orders.
• Generate relevant reports and documents to support process improvement activities.

Design & Process Improvement:

• Learn and support MY rack design.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-house designs to reduce production lead time and cost.
• Improve existing customized parts to be modular and compatible across all MY racks.
• Optimize raw material nesting to minimize scrap.
• Conduct case studies and efficiency reviews to enhance current manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with QA Engineer to maintain and improve quality standards in production lines.
• Liaise with other departments for continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Operational Excellence:

• Learn and follow the Way and enforce company & group 5S standards.
• Support and deliver training sessions as required.
• Develop decision-making skills to resolve work-related problems.
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Role Requirement :

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years direct working experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent self-starter
• Team player, able to work with all levels
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own transport
