Job Brief :

• Independently lead technical discovery and solutioning workshops, focusing on AI-powered HRMS and enterprise solutions.
• Design and deliver custom demos showcasing agentic AI workflows, RAG search capabilities, and integration with Darwinbox and third-party systems.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for AI solution architecture, bridging client requirements with Darwinbox's evolving AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.AI Solutioning & Technical Discovery

• Lead workshops with client IT and business stakeholders to map requirements for agentic AI, RAG search, and LLM-powered automation.
• Architect and document AI-driven integration blueprints, including data flow, middleware, and security for RAG and agentic systems.
• Identify technical risks and readiness for AI adoption, recommending best-fit solutions and platforms.

2.Demo & POC Delivery

• Design and deliver demos that highlight agentic AI workflows (autonomous agents, orchestration, task automation) and RAG search (contextual retrieval, knowledge augmentation).
• Prototype Art of the Possible scenarios using Darwinbox's AI modules, including LLMs, chatbots, and custom agentic flows.
• Configure and execute POCs with real-world datasets, validating AI solution performance and business impact.

3.Technical Proposal & RFx Authorship

• Author technical sections of RFPs/RFIs with a focus on AI solution differentiation, security, and compliance.
• Maintain a library of Gold Standard AI responses and technical narratives for complex integration scenarios.

4.AI Competency & Thought Leadership

• Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, RAG search, and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, demo scripts, and architecture templates for AI solutioning.
• Mentor junior consultants on AI solution design and selling.

Success Metrics :

• Technical win rate in AI-driven deals (>70% selection in supported opportunities).
• POC conversion rate for AI solutions (>90%).
• Creation of reusable AI demo assets and technical whitepapers.
• Positive feedback from client IT and business teams on AI solutioning.

QualificationsRequired :

• 5 - 10 years in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or integration consulting, with demonstrable AI solutioning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI, RAG search, LLMs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Expertise of REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and file-based integrations (SFTP/PGP).
• Proven ability to write technical proposals and deliver AI-driven demos.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) or similar middleware.
• Proven ability to write technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Prior Experience integrating with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Basic Knowledge of HRIS domain data models.
• Experience in scripting (Python/JavaScript) for data transformation.

Preferred :

• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud security (SSO, OAuth, SAML, ISO 27001, SOC2), or enterprise architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure, TOGAF, CCSK).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with major ERPs and HRMS platforms.
• Scripting skills (Python/JavaScript) for AI prototyping and data transformation.
