Senior Technical Product Manager

Pantas builds endtoend climate software that helps enterprises measure, manage, and disclose carbon emissions and equips institutions with climate AI tools. The opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own strategy, discovery, delivery, and champion the integration of AI for Pantas Climate Solutions. You will be the strategic owner for infusing AI capabilities across our product ecosystem. You'll work with a multidisciplinary Design and Engineering group and partner closely with Business Development (BD) and customers to ship enterprisegrade capabilities bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge AI technology that align to evolving climate disclosure and carbonaccounting standards.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

• Own product strategy & AI roadmap. Define outcomes, metrics, and a 12month roadmap for core modules (Corporate/Sustainability, SupplyChain/ValueChain, Financed Emissions), and articulate a clear vision for how AI/ML can create step-change improvements. Maintain ideas, insights, prioritization models, and shareable roadmaps in Jira Product Discovery.
• Champion AI-driven innovation. Act as the bridge between business needs and technical possibilities, identifying opportunities to leverage AI/MLfrom GenAI for reporting to predictive models for emissions forecasting. You will be expected to think from an AI-first perspective when creating new solutions.
• Run handson discovery. Partner with BD and customers for problem framing and user research to identify challenges that can be solved with AI. Translate evidence into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including requirements for AI/ML-driven features, solution design, estimations, epics, and acceptance criteria. (Your UX partner focuses on design execution.)
• Drive the product timeline and execution. Own roadmap prioritization and define delivery timelines in close partnership with Engineering. Make strategic trade-off decisions to ensure the team can deliver value on schedule.
• Ship predictably with Agile/Scrum. Manage delivery in Jira and improve team flow through sprint planning, reviews, and retros, aligned to the Scrum Guide.
• Launch FE capabilities. Guide methodology and UX for PCAF financedemissions modules, leveraging AI to enhance capabilities like Portfolio Coverage, Attribution Factor, and Data Quality Scores, staying aligned with the latest standard updates.
• Own delivery quality. Partner with Engineering on release criteria, QA strategies, and rollout plans. Link code to work items through GitHub Jira integrations for traceability from PRD PR release notes.
• Drive adoption & outcomes. Collaborate with BD on presales/RFPs, success plans, and enablement assets. Support the BD team in client meetings from a product and technical standpoint to help realize value for anchor customers and supplier programs.
• Communicate crisply. Provide transparent progress updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and clearly articulate risks and decisions to the CTO, cofounders, and crossfunctional leaders.

What success looks like (12 months)

• A clear, evidencebacked roadmap is maintained in Jira Product Discovery, with a defined strategy for AI-powered features; 8090% sprint goal attainment quarteroverquarter.
• Successfully launch at least one major AI-powered feature that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Timetovalue for new enterprise customers reduced by 30% via better onboarding and data ingestion.

Requirements (What you bring)

• 57+ years in product management with 3+ years in technical product roles shipping B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping products with AI/ML components. You can translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI-driven solutions.
• Fluency with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and story points; you can run the ceremonies and improve velocity predictably.
• Strong systems thinking and technical depth, comfortable discussing architectures, tradeoffs, and the integration of AI/ML models with engineers working in a Django (Python) back end and React/Bootstrap front end.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and commercial teams (presales, RFPs, value cases).
• Proficiency with Jira Product Discovery + Jira Software and GitHub (linking issues, PRs, deployments).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executiveready.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with the modern AI stack (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases) and how it can be applied to solve enterprise climate challenges.
