Job Purpose
- Facilitates daily project tasks to support project teams and keep initiatives on track.
- Lead full project delivery, manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, business units, project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Delivers projects on time, within budget, and scope. Mitigates risks and manages stakeholder satisfaction
- End-to-end project delivery ownership (inclusive scope, schedule, and budget).
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts.
- Prepare and present project status, forecasts, and IT Spend Papers.
- Mentor junior project managers and support team development.

- Manages vendor contracts and monitors invoice validation.
- Assesses the financial impact of change requests, scope or timeline changes.

- Ensures project processes are aligned with QM, compliance, and IT governance.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strongly preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner or Scrum Master.
