Position: Senior Technical Recruiter (Energy & Infrastructure)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Malaysia, specialising in talent delivery across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Following several major project wins, we are expanding our delivery team and are keen to speak with experienced recruiters who understand the Upstream Oil & Gas and Petrochemical markets.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Delivery

• Proactively source qualified candidates using databases, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process for technical roles within the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche engineering and technical positions
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, skill demands, and market insights

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Prior exposure to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewables, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, terminology, and project environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and sourcing platforms
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
