We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Senior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in new product testing and evaluation before market launch, while also supporting our customers by resolving technical issues and inquiries related to our products.
What Youll Do
- Receive product samples from Supervisor and conduct testing activities such as Aging Test, Consumer Usage Tests, and Cooking Tests.
- Dismantle products for critical component inspection vs CBTR.
- Perform product testing using power meter, HI Pot tester, leakage current tester, ground tester, salt test, and capacitor test.
- Prepare detailed reports and meet with the Product Manager to review product PASS/FAIL status.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and interns, enhancing technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaborate with China 3rd-party test labs on new product testing and evaluation (sample arrival, NPD requirements, results & reports).
- Conduct training sessions and briefings for CR and Service Technicians to strengthen customer service and technical troubleshooting.
What Were Looking For
- Strong background in technical product testing and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to prepare and present clear technical reports.
- Leadership qualities with experience in guiding or training junior staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
