Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities.
- Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue.
- Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment.
- Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification.
- Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities.
- Know-how in reliability stress testing e.g.. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional, and acoustics stress testing.
- Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis.
- Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent vocational certification.
- Minimum 1 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred)
- Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications
