Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Primary owner for test floor machine healthy running to meet delivery requirement
- Assist engineer for engineering project implementation
- Support test operations 7*24. Need to run shift work.
- Performs tester/handler set-up, trouble shooting.
- Conducts minor repair and preventive maintenance
- Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently.
- Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum Diploma in mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
- Must passed subject English & Mathematics at SPM level.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
