Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot module testers to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform periodic tester DV, GR&R and SPC monitoring.
- Support new tester setup, conversion and production readiness.
- Improve tester performance, test yield and testability.
- Drive test setup efficiency through simplification, automation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping requirements.
- Support production needs and other tester-related activities as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience in tester sustaining, equipment maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift/overtime when required.
