Join Nokia's global Learning & Development team and help create worldclass technical training for a multicultural audience. As an Instructor and Training Content Developer, you will design modern learning experiencesfrom instructorled courses to digital selfpaced modulesthat upskill Nokia employees and customers worldwide.
This role blends technical expertise, instructional design, and handson labs to deliver impactful, futureready learning.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design, develop, and test instructorled and elearning training content
- Conduct needs analysis, define learning goals, and create design documents & storyboards
- Build and facilitate handson lab exercises for technical courses
- Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D, and S&T teams to gather technical inputs
- Deliver internal and customer training when required
- Prototype and demo innovative learning solutions
- Maintain high quality and timely delivery in an agile environment
Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data/Telecom, Cybersecurity, AI, or related field
- Experience in training development or instructional design
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and collaborate in global teams
