Senior Test Analyst, Unified Customer Onboarding ( UCO )

Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle.

Involve in hands-on testing, building automation frameworks and ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality software products.

Provide tech solutions, development and support to stakeholders (IT and business) in alignment with the organization strategy and roadmap.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans and test cases.

Perform functional, integration, system, regression and drives user acceptance testing.

Conduct non-functional tests including performance, load, stress and security testing.

Work closely with developers, business analysts and product owners to refine requirements.

Support the testing lifecycle during deployments and release cycles.

Identify, document, and track defects through proper defect management tools. Ensure defects are resolved within agreed timelines.

Work with engineering teams to perform root-cause analysis and validate fixes.

Establish QA standards, improve test processes and promote a quality-first culture.

Participate in evaluation of new testing tools, techniques and frameworks.

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years in software testing and quality engineering.

ISTQB Advanced or equivalent QA certifications is an added advantage.

Knowledge of contract testing (Pact) and service virtualization is desired.

Experience in banking & financial services testing (e.g. KYC, AML, onboarding systems).

Experience with REST API and microservices testing.

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).

Experience with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:

i.Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium

ii.JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, UIPath, Watermelon, Postman/Newman

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD principles.

Some level of exposure in one or more scripting/programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).

Strong skills in test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).

Having base understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized apps (Docker/Kubernetes) is extremely desirable.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiar with GitOps and DevOps practices.
