Hiring: Senior Test Manager
ISTQB CTAL-TM Mandatory Certification
Looking for candidates (permanent residents and Expats) in Malaysia
Contract: 1 Year + Extendable
Location: Bangi
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead test strategy across multiple projects
Coordinate test schedules, priorities, and compliance
Oversee planning, execution, and risk-based coverage
Escalate critical risks and quality issues
Lead and mentor test teams; report progress and metrics
Requirements
Strong banking domain experience (Functional & Non-Functional: Data Migration/Data Conversion/Performance)
13+ years in Test Management & SDLC
1012 years in Banking/Financial Institutions
Experience leading large teams (Managers, Leads, Analysts)
Hands-on with functional & technical testing tools
510 years leading large IT programs in banking
ISTQB CTAL-TM Mandatory
Must know Jira & Confluence
Experience in both Waterfall & Agile
Flexible to work extended hours when required.
