Job Description:
Handle town planning services, town planning studies and guideline, feasibility studies and other related duties.
Perform all necessary duties from preliminary, designing and liaise with agencies until completion as listed in the following sections with guidance by superior.
Assist in preparing planning submission, masterplan and feasibility study.
Preparing drawings with providing sufficient details to enable draftsperson to produce satisfactory detailed drawings
Supervise draftsperson and review the output to ensure the produced drawing achieved the desired quality
Prepare Tender Document comprising technical proposal and schedule etc. according to the client format
Assists in preparing Progress Payment
Assists contractual disputes with guidance by superior
Assist in preparing consultancy Expression of Interest and Consultancy Proposal.
Assist in preparing a Concept Paper or Concept Proposal for Promotional.
Attend meetings and assist superior in coordinating with all other internal and external team members or clients.
Prepare slide presentation and organize meetings.
Liaise with various agencies to fulfill task requirement.
Involve in companys activities including corporate social responsibility activities.
Assist any other duty and responsibility which our superior may assign from time to time.
Requirements
Degree in Town Planning recognized by Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP), Malaysia
Able to work with team and independently for all types and sizes of projects
Able to work with team and other staff in undertaking multi-disciplinary project
Good organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines
Good in AutoCAD, MapInfo, GIS, Microsoft will be an added advantage
Good inter-personal skills and result driven
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia
