Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Training Producer role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Training Producer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing a wide range of training programs aligned with HRDF initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing training materials, overseeing program execution, managing collaborations with trainers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and continuously improving training quality to meet client and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in training production, program development, and creating effective learning content
• Proficiency in managing HRDF-related training requirements, including compliance and operational processes
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
• Experience in team collaboration and working with trainers and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Relevant educational qualifications in Training Development, Human Resources, or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role or in training and development is an added advantage
