Senior Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Deliver Training: Plan annual training programs, develop engaging curriculum and materials (PPTs, videos, assessments), and deliver sessions in both Chinese and English.
2. Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with business teams to understand needs, support process changes, update SOPs/FAQs, and ensure knowledge alignment.
3. Evaluate & Improve Learning: Track and assess training effectiveness, maintain knowledge base content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

1. Experience & Skills: 3–5 years in corporate training, L&D, or enablement with strong curriculum development and facilitation skills.
2. Communication & Tools: Excellent English and Chinese communication; proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Loom, or Figma is a plus.
3. Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to simplify complex content, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
