Key Responsibilities
- Design & Deliver Training: Plan annual training programs, develop engaging curriculum and materials (PPTs, videos, assessments), and deliver sessions in both Chinese and English.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with business teams to understand needs, support process changes, update SOPs/FAQs, and ensure knowledge alignment.
- Evaluate & Improve Learning: Track and assess training effectiveness, maintain knowledge base content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience & Skills: 35 years in corporate training, L&D, or enablement with strong curriculum development and facilitation skills.
- Communication & Tools: Excellent English and Chinese communication; proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Loom, or Figma is a plus.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to simplify complex content, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
