Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing daily transport routes.
- Coordinating the movement of goods.
- Managing driver schedules.
- Ensuring all logistics operations are cost-efficient and compliant with regulations.
- Monitor live transport operations, track delivery progress (often using GPS or TMS), and respond proactively to any service issues, delays, or discrepancies during delivery.
- Handle all transport-related documentation, including load plans, delivery orders (DOs), and proof of deliveries (PODs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and customer requirements.
- Working closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.
- 1-3 years of experience in route planning, transport scheduling, or logistics coordination, preferably within the logistics or haulage sectors.
- Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, and standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is essential.
- Willing to work in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
