About the Role

As a Finance Executive Fund, you will join a dynamic team to help maintain the highest standards of financial integrity. You will be responsible for ensuring that business operations run smoothly by managing daily financial reconciliations and optimizing payment processes. This role offers a thrilling opportunity to put your financial skills to the test while working on exciting projects that challenge and inspire you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank statement reconciliation and generate necessary payments.
  • Manage daily reconciliation between existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and platforms, including Transactions and Settlement Reports.
  • Maintain active communication with banks as well as new and existing PSPs.
  • Manage and optimize payment process performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong control over all PSP-related activities.
  • Ensure the highest standard of financial integrity is maintained across all operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Background: Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates from the accounts or financial industry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to business requirements).
  • Mindset: Detailed-minded, proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Work Style: A self-motivated professional who is an innovative thinker and problem solver.
