Senior Treasury Manager, Singapore Headquartered Company in Data Centre industry

Our client is in the data centre industry and has their HQ in Singapore. They are backed by strong institutional capital and are expanding rapidly in the Asia region.

They are now looking to hire a Senior Treasury Manager to be a key member of the team in supporting its next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible and impactful role that sits at the heart of the company's growth strategy. You will lead the full spectrum of treasury activities within a dynamic, asset-intensive business, with particular focus on debt financing, project finance, and capital structure management across multiple markets and projects.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions that underpin the development of critical digital infrastructure assets across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of debt financing initiatives, including project finance and non-recourse funding structures.
• Manage end-to-end financing processes, from structuring and documentation through to financial close, drawdowns, repayments, covenant monitoring, and lender reporting.
• Partner closely with banks, lenders, legal counsel, and external advisors on financing transactions and ongoing stakeholder management.
• Oversee cash and liquidity management across multiple entities and projects, including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimisation, and intercompany funding.
• Manage treasury risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
• Develop and strengthen treasury frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure robust governance over payments, banking operations, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Contribute strategically to capital planning and treasury initiatives as the business continues to scale across the region.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a treasury professional with 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within infrastructure, real assets, energy, data centres, or other capital-intensiveindustries, and possess deep expertise in debt financing and project finance structures.

You will bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing debt financing and structured funding transactions.
• Strong understanding of project finance, lender requirements, and financing documentation.
• Hands-on treasury expertise spanning liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury operations.
• The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-growing organisation.
