Work Arrangement: Fully On-site
Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Kuala Lumpur
What You'll Do:
- Maintain visibility over daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts to support effective liquidity management
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows, highlighting potential funding gaps or liquidity requirements
- Monitor foreign exchange (FX) exposure and escalate significant currency movements or risks
- Support the execution of FX transactions and basic hedging activities under guidance
- Ensure treasury transactions are processed accurately and on time, with proper documentation and audit trails
- Maintain internal controls to minimise operational risk, errors, and potential fraud
- Assist in improving treasury processes, systems, and internal procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, Dev) to ensure smooth and timely fund flows
What We're Looking For:
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred for stakeholder communication
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, or payments operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of cash flow management, FX concepts, and financial operations
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or crypto environments is a plus
- Familiarity with data and automation tools is also a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Claude Code or AI tools)
- To support analysis, process improvement, and workflow efficiency
- Experience working with multiple bank accounts or payment platforms is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team
