About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our product goals and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and development teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design and iterate on user flows to ensure seamless navigation and usability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or Fintech
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application design projects.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
