They are currently undergoing a digital transformation and are looking for a balanced UI/UX Designer who can marry deep analytical research with high-end visual execution. This is a role for a designer who wants to influence the how and the why of a product, not just the look.

about the job

• User Research & Discovery: Lead user interviews, conduct competitive audits, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

• UX Strategy: Create detailed wireframes, user journey maps, and low-fidelity prototypes to solve complex navigational challenges.

• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes that adhere to (and expand) the company's brand guidelines.

• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve the living design system to ensure scalability across web and mobile platforms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.

• Usability Testing: Run A/B tests and usability sessions to iterate on designs based on real-world feedback.

qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Figma (including auto-layout, components, and variables).

• UX Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates a process-first approach-we want to see how you solved a problem, not just the final screen.

• Visual Flair: A keen eye for modern UI trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.

• Communication: Strong ability to present and sell design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

• Experience: [3-5+] years of experience in a professional UI/UX or Product Design role.
