Senior UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who combines strong product design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. If you've designed impactful digital products, influenced business outcomes, and enjoy using AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows, we'd love to hear from you.

Note: The first discussion will focus on a product or experience you have personally designed and built.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution.
• Design AI-powered learning experiences and conversational interfaces.
• Build interactive prototypes using AI tools.
• Improve engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user satisfaction.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Business teams.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, or consumer technology companies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Framer, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and product experimentation.
