About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Videographer to lead the production of high-quality video content from concept to final delivery. This role combines creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership ability. You will oversee the entire video production process-including planning, filming, lighting, sound, and editing-while mentoring junior team members and ensuring that all content aligns with brand standards and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and deliver professional video content for campaigns, events, corporate communications, and digital platforms.

Creative Direction: Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and scripts.

Editing & Post-Production: Edit video content with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and color grading. Ensure final outputs are polished, on-brand, and optimized for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast).

Equipment Management: Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.

Quality Control: Maintain consistent visual style, color grading, and audio quality across all projects.

Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for video projects.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior videographers, editors, and freelancers.

Innovation: Stay up to date on video trends, editing techniques, and emerging production technologies.


Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) as a videographer and editor, ideally in a senior role.

Advanced proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound recording.

Demonstrated ability to tell stories visually with creativity and impact.

Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of video work.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with many range of equipments, from cameras, lightings, audio etc.

Able to manage projects without supervision.

Have a good communication skill.
