KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Liaising with teams such as buying & merchandising, design and marketing to create design themes and plans, including window, in-store displays and etc.
· Responsible for all in-store visual displays at all time
· Conducting research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle
· Responsible in sourcing props or necessary materials
· Assist in developing design ideas for displays or following a brand plan
· Overseeing the production of a chosen design, checking the quality and making sure the project is completed to schedule
· Assist in maintaining a budget and negotiating with suppliers of visual materials
· Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or retail operations team to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept
· Assist in assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store when necessary
· Perform other related duties and assignments as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in F&B or FMCG retail industry (e.g., café, bakery, supermarket, or convenience store)
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
· Understanding of the current design trends, consumer behaviour patterns and passion for the F&B industry.
· Ability to actively participate in giving/receiving constructive feedback during creative presentations and design reviews
· Meeting strict deadlines
· Able to create 2D and 3D planograms to outline store layout and fixtures
· Candidate must be able to communication in English, BM, and Mandarin
· Possess own transport and willing to travel
