Advise the Country Head on people strategy, align local HR priorities with global frameworks, and drive workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead HR governance, regulatory reporting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements.
Oversee Employee & Industrial Relations Management, union engagement, and negotiations, ensuring fair practices and legal compliance.
Adapt global HR policies and processes to meet local regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate system implementation and audit readiness.
Embed global people strategies locally, support senior leadership on critical HR matters, and enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10-15 years of HR generalist expertise, including employee relations, change management, and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Proven senior HR leadership experience with a track record of delivering impactful people strategies in complex, regulated environments
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach, and advise senior executives and leadership teams
Commercially astute, data-driven, and able to operate effectively within global, multicultural organizations, with relevant HR or related qualifications preferred
