Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

  • Advise the Country Head on people strategy, align local HR priorities with global frameworks, and drive workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead HR governance, regulatory reporting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements.
  • Oversee Employee & Industrial Relations Management, union engagement, and negotiations, ensuring fair practices and legal compliance.
  • Adapt global HR policies and processes to meet local regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate system implementation and audit readiness.
  • Embed global people strategies locally, support senior leadership on critical HR matters, and enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 10-15 years of HR generalist expertise, including employee relations, change management, and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Proven senior HR leadership experience with a track record of delivering impactful people strategies in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach, and advise senior executives and leadership teams
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and able to operate effectively within global, multicultural organizations, with relevant HR or related qualifications preferred
