Location: Sunway Enterprise Park, Puchong/ Sepang
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, delivery, and inventory control.
- Lead and guide warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal stakeholders to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Drive warehouse improvement initiatives, including layout optimization, space utilization, and process enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping, and security standards.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance indicators.
- Support cycle counts and annual stock take activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in trading, distribution, wholesale, or 3PL environments.
- Experience supervising warehouse personnel and coordinating daily operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
- Experience using WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work alternate Saturdays.
