SUMMARY
As a Senior Web Developer, you'll own end-to-end delivery of digital and creative tech projects, working closely with technical, creative, and client teams. This is a hands-on role with light coordination, where you'll drive solutions, provide technical recommendations, and ensure quality delivery. You'll also contribute to best practices, documentation, and technical standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web/app projects and ad-tech builds.
- Work with creative and client teams to provide clear technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on integrations and technical delivery.
- Produce technical documentation, specifications, and solution outlines.
- Contribute to internal technical standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Support junior team members through guidance and code reviews.
- Participate in proposals, feasibility checks, and tech-related presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience as a web developer or creative technologist
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience using Jira, ASANA, GitHub, or similar workflow/version control tools
- Hand-on experience using Node.js, PHP, SQL, Python, WordPress, Drupal, Google Marketing Platform
- Competency in working with data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to articulate and present technical ideas clearly
- Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small project teams
- Background in creative, digital, or media agency environments
