Design and evolve the architecture of core Web3 frontend systems, continuously improving system performance, scalability, and developer collaboration experience.
Build and enhance frontend performance monitoring and business security systems, including performance metrics, security strategies, and user behavior analysis.
Drive the definition, implementation, and optimization of frontend technical standards aligned with business needs, including frameworks, toolchains, and coding conventions.
Lead the development of frontend infrastructure, such as core component libraries and foundational utility libraries, creating highly available, maintainable, and reusable modules.
Participate deeply in Web3 product requirement analysis, tackling complex technical challenges and delivering robust technical solutions.
Contribute to and optimize the blockchain interaction layer architecture, improving on-chain user experience and overall product usability.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of browser internals and rendering mechanisms.
Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Vue.js, with hands-on experience designing and developing mid-to-large-scale frontend systems.
Familiarity with frontend engineering and build tools including Webpack, Vite, Rollup, SWC, and ESBuild, with strong capability in build configuration and optimization.
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and a good understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and CDN deployment.
5+ years of frontend development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on architecture design experience.
Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-changing technical and business environment.

Contributor to open-source projects or an active participant in technical communities.
Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and produce technical documentation.
Full-stack development experience, with exposure to backend services and smart contract development.
Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure and middleware such as IPFS, The Graph, and Chainlink.
