About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Website Project Executive to own the end-to-end delivery of website enhancements and updates. This role sits within our global marketing team and is responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

You will be the primary liaison between our marketing and development teams, translating high-level requirements into clear technical deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional web projects that improve user experience, site performance, and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with marketing, SEO, product, and compliance teams to define website needs. Translate business goals into clear specifications, user stories, and actionable tasks while aligning stakeholders on scope and priority.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Own the website backlog and manage the full project lifecycle. Plan sprints and timelines with internal and external developers, tracking progress and proactively resolving blockers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Developer Coordination & Technical Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for the development team. Provide developers with clear acceptance criteria and context, and rigorously review all deliverables to ensure they meet requirements before release.
  • Website Optimization & Performance: Partner with SEO and analytics teams to implement site structure and page performance best practices. Monitor website health (speed, uptime, tracking accuracy) and oversee content workflows within the CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • UX & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with design teams to implement UX improvements and A/B tests. Ensure key user journeys and landing pages are optimized to support experimentation efforts and business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in website or digital project management, preferably within financial services, trading, or a similarly fast-paced digital environment.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a significant plus.
  • Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of website development processes and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). While you aren't required to code, you should be familiar with the basics of HTML, CSS, and web analytics.
  • Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You can effectively translate complex business needs for technical teams and vice versa.
  • Analytical Mindset: A problem-solver who understands SEO and CRO principles and can use data to prioritize the backlog based on business impact.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
