Develop and execute well completion and intervention engineering plans to meet reservoir and production targets.
Provide flow assurance advisory and plan well surveillance activities to optimize well performance and ensure operational integrity.
Prepare detailed well intervention and completion procedures and ensure their safe and successful execution at offshore worksites.
Support rigless well intervention operations using slickline, wireline, CTU, and HWU to address well integrity, improve production, conduct reservoir surveillance, and perform well abandonment operations.
Act as a key interface between multidisciplinary technical and project teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, subsea, facilities, and construction functions.
Conduct well performance evaluations and identify opportunities for intervention and optimization.
Deliver engineering support throughout the well lifecycle, from planning through post-intervention reviews and performance assessments.
Participate in operational readiness and risk assessments to maintain high safety and operational standards.
Contribute to the planning and execution of operations involving jack-up rigs, semi-tender platforms, and drillships, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Prepare, review, and update technical documents, reports, and presentations as required to support project and asset decision-making.
Requirement
Degree in engineering or equivalent
Must have experience between 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry with 10 years in offshore well services (intervention & completion).
Must have completion & well intervention experience in offshore production engineering and planning support. i.e. Provide flow assurance advice, perform well surveillance programs, prepare work programs etc.
Experience in providing engineering support to the team and assets in planning, recommended solutions, related to well services (completion & intervention).
Experience in preparing well intervention and completion procedures and responsible for safe and success deployment and installation at worksite.
Perform well completion design & intervention plan that meet reservoir and production objectives.
Support rigless units (Slickline, wireline, CTU and HWU) for well integrity rectifications, production enhancement, reservoir surveillance and well abandonment (P&A)
Experience and capable in managing interface with project group, i.e. production engineering, subsurface, facilities, subsea, construction.
Experience and familiar with rig operations for jack up, semi tender, drillship.
