Summary
The Senior Technical Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical Support of applications that are built on .NET, Angular, and SQL Server technologies. The role involves providing technical Support, leading a team of Support Analysts, and ensuring the applications are available for end users without downtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical support of software solutions using .net, angular, and sql server technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Support team throughout the maintenance lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather details on the incidents and establish resolution solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are followed, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure updates reach the appropriate stakeholders throughout the timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to .net, angular, and sql server technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in .Net framework and asp.net.
- Experience in angular framework is a plus.
- Should be willing to work in early morning shifts (5 AM Malaysia time) as well as regular shift (8 AM Malaysia time).
- Experience in application support projects is mandatory.
- Understanding of sql server and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server technologies are a plus.
