What your day looks like:
- You'll work closely with our media, marketing and tech teams to develop and execute SEO strategies for our company website.
- You'll manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on traffic, click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- You'll research and implement SEO best practices across website architecture, content structure, internal linking and other factors to improve keyword rankings and visibility.
- You'll conduct regular site audit to proactively identify and address technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, indexing problems, etc.
- You'll conduct competitive analysis and comprehensive keyword research, identifying content gaps relative to top competitors and market trends.
- You'll prepare and analyse weekly or monthly reports to identify issues and new opportunities.
- You'll engage in additional ad-hoc tasks including client projects as and when required.
What you'll bring:
- Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on and proven SEO experience.
- Solid understand of search engine, search ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics or other related tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Curious, digitally savvy, and eager to test, learn, and improve.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with SEM is a bonus
