We're looking for a strategic and analytical SEO Specialist with a strong grasp of search trends and optimisation best practices. This role plays a key part in driving organic growth for our own website with opportunities to expand into client-facing SEO projects over time.

What your day looks like:

  • You'll work closely with our media, marketing and tech teams to develop and execute SEO strategies for our company website.
  • You'll manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on traffic, click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
  • You'll research and implement SEO best practices across website architecture, content structure, internal linking and other factors to improve keyword rankings and visibility.
  • You'll conduct regular site audit to proactively identify and address technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, indexing problems, etc.
  • You'll conduct competitive analysis and comprehensive keyword research, identifying content gaps relative to top competitors and market trends.
  • You'll prepare and analyse weekly or monthly reports to identify issues and new opportunities.
  • You'll engage in additional ad-hoc tasks including client projects as and when required.

What you'll bring:

  • Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on and proven SEO experience.
  • Solid understand of search engine, search ranking factors and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics or other related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Curious, digitally savvy, and eager to test, learn, and improve.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with SEM is a bonus
