Location: Johor

Contract: 3 months (Extendable)

Shift work: Working on 3 shift to provide 24/7 support

Scope of Work:

• Troubleshooting hardware issues
• Replacing failed components
• Recording serial numbers during part swaps
• Managing spare parts inventory
• Handling returns of defective parts
• Hands-on experience in enterprise server hardware.
• Product-specific training will be provided on-site.
