Server Engineer L2 Support & Above

Hiring: Server Engineer (L2 Support & Above) –

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Fully Onsite)

Working Hours: 11:30 PM – 9:00 AM, Mon–Fri

Supporting Canada Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & support Windows Servers (2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019)

• Lead M365 Migration (On-Prem to Cloud)

• Handle Windows Server Migration – Exchange & Active Directory

• Perform VM Migration using VMware ESXi

• Manage File Server / File Management

• Monitor and maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, RDS, IIS & Backup systems

• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve L2/L3 issues

• Monitor server performance, logs, backups & system availability

• Server installation, patching, configuration & maintenance

• Ensure IT security compliance

• Prepare SOP, RCA & technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science

• 3–5 years of Server Administration experience

• Strong troubleshooting & support experience

• Experience in AD / Exchange / Citrix / Backup solutions (Veeam or Backup Exec)

• Knowledge in Office 365, PowerShell, SolarWinds or ITSM tools is an added advantage
