Description

The Server Infra Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing the server infrastructure in the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal performance and reliability of server systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of server systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to server performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support server-related projects.
  • Maintain documentation related to server configurations and changes.
  • Implement security protocols and backup solutions for server protection.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in server management and infrastructure support.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Understanding of server monitoring tools and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
