Anton Paar Malaysia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austrian company Anton Paar GmbH. Anton Paar develops and produces state-of-the-art laboratory and process instrumentation for research and industry. It is the world leader in the measurement of density, concentration and CO2 and in the field of Rheology.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the SAP ERP Module MM, SD as well as CRM Service and complying with the general processes defined
- Inventory management: Physically putting the goods on stock and maintaining the main stock
- Follow-up calls to the customers for the Waiting for PO Repair & Contract Quotations
- Acting as a back-up for the all other Service activities in the CRM (Service Orders, return to vendor process)
- Handling tenders and projects
- Follow-up on outstanding payments with end customers
- Supporting in Marketing activities, such as preparation of fairs and exhibitions
- Secondary responsibilities, as back-up function to Sales/Logistic Administrator
- General responsibility within the Administration team
Your profile:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Experienced in SAP and CRM is a must
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- High sales-orientation and analytical understanding as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment are important
- The employee shall understand the basic principle and operation of the Anton Paar instruments and shall understand the instruments benefits for our customers and the main industries
