Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service and Application Engineer, based in Malaysia. The engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting, and technical support for customers. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, the role involves technical communication and collaboration with internal teams to provide optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Field Service and Troubleshooting of equipment
• Strong Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with teams and customers
• Customer Service proficiency to address client needs and build positive relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative on-site environment
• Technical background or diploma/degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in semiconductor or engineering industries is an advantage
