Service & Application Engineer

• On-site installation and commissioning of chromatography systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs on instruments.
• Providing application guidance on method development and optimization for diverse sample types.
• Assisting with system validation and qualification procedures.
• Understanding of chromatography principles, including column selection, mobile phase optimization, and detection techniques.
• Familiarity with chromatography software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex chromatograms and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Delivering on-site training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of chromatography systems.
• Conducting application workshops and seminars to showcase new technologies and techniques.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation including application notes and user guides.
• Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
• Demonstrating chromatography systems and capabilities to potential customers.
• Participating in trade shows and conferences to promote company products.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting chromatography systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and chromatography data analysis software
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and training
