We are looking for
Service Associate C - Receptionist to join our team!
As our Service Associate C - Receptionist, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility and initiative for any tasks as required to assure guest satisfaction and follow up when necessary
- To give warmly welcome guests upon arrival and perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Familiar with all promotions and packages offered by the hotel, familiar with city area and hotel events
- Be responsible for cash handling and maintaining personal cash float.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity. (Preferably has relevant experience in hotel industry)
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, as well as interacting with guests
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Must be a confident and tactfulIs a strong team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
