We are looking for
Service Associate - Finance Risk Control to join our team!
As our Service Associate - Finance Risk Control, we rely on you to:
- Responsible for monitoring of all food, beverage and general stocks to provide accurate and timely cost figures for operations.
- Preparing daily F&B Cost Report
- Daily cost and recording of inter-kitchen and inter bar on the individual kitchen and outlets
- Conduct regular spot checks on against inventory
- Participates in the month end inventory taking
- Portion control checks are carried out with F&B Chef
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work long.
- Good knowledge of personal computing.
- General knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a confident and tactfulIs a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
