As a
Service Associate – Spa Coordinator, we rely on you to
To maintain a professional and high quality level of service at all times whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience. To epitomize the essence of CHI with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guests expectations.
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised guest experience throughout the spa journey
- Support the achievement of daily sales targets for treatments and retail products
- Handle guest enquiries, consultations, and feedback in a professional mannerMaintain accurate guest records and complete daily administrative tasks
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of spa products and supplies
- Support reception duties when required, including handling calls and bookingsPromote spa services, packages, and ongoing promotions to guests
- Participate in training programmes to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Pleasant personalityGood Interpersonal skills
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of face and body treatments and basic massage techniques
- Good understanding of guest service and spa operations
- Excellent computer skill (excel & word)
- Very Good command of both English & Bahasa
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as receptionist.
- Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builderInitiative, Self starter
- Committed to customer valuesExperience in Manicure and Pedicure is added advantage
