Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Service Configuration & Asset Management Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) process. The ideal candidate must possess an ITIL understanding, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong business acumen, ensuring that employees comply with the SACM standards and that the performance meets KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish workflows for employees in the SACM process.
- Perform ongoing follow-up of deliveries and KPIs.
- Report to the process owner on performance metrics.
- Provide valuable input for process improvements.
- Ensure continuous updating of documentation.
- Monitor compliance with registration practices and tools.
- Participate in CAB board meetings and similar forums.
- Communicate SLAs and KPIs effectively to the business.
- Make decisions on task prioritization and escalation.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of the process journey and foundation.
- Knowledge of how employees navigate within the process.
- Ability to work effectively across different functions.
- ITIL process knowledge at least at the Foundation level; Intermediate preferred.
- Demonstrated management potential.
- Strong business knowledge.
- Basic IT and project management understanding.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
- Additional certifications in ITIL or related frameworks.
