Role Description

The Service Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, focused on delivering an excellent member experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, responding to inquiries, handling membership sign-ups, and guiding members through club services and class schedules. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing member concerns, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support a positive member experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Consulting skills to explain fitness services and guide members effectively.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand member needs, track feedback, and support service improvements.
• Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time schedule, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using membership or point-of-sale systems.
