Job Description

Your Key Accountabilities

  • To manage the solutions & services-related information, presentation materials, relevant documents, and market information for effective knowledge management for consulting purposes.
  • To work closely with Sales and Enterprise Architecture Department to identify and create business value propositions that benefit the customer and increase the business revenue & profit.
  • To create / oversee relevant RFP submissions and ensure all documentation is in order and submitted within the timeline.
  • To work in liaison and collaboration with other departments in creating project teams within the Company.
  • To manage and prioritize requests across a portfolio of customers (via master service plan/schedule) and adapt to changing priorities, taking into consideration the business impact to both customers and the Company.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with customers senior leadership.
  • To establish, measure, and deliver as per SLAs and IT service management best practices/metrics to manage customer's organization health, covering support quality/experience, responsiveness, readiness, process improvement, resource/capacity planning, change management, etc.
  • To lead execution excellence/delivery of services from start to completion through a diverse team (internal, customers, partners), managing their commitment and morale through effective service planning/scheduling, celebrating successes/recognitions/awards, managing performance, recommending training to close skill gaps, etc
  • To establish a strategy to continuously manage risks/issues through preventive and mitigation plans.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate customer's pain points and translate into solutions (cross-sell / up-sell opportunities); contribute insights for product development; developing customer success stories; etc
  • Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution or proposal.
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in the English language for both spoken and written
  • Results-oriented with the ability to influence senior leadership, technical and functional executives on managing changes and priorities.
  • 5+ years of experience in a broad range of enterprise IT roles such as IT manager, IT / professional services consulting, project management, vendor management, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in the customer service industry, product support, technical support, IT Admin support, consulting, systems, or product development.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing diverse teams (project managers, business analysts, software engineers, QA, etc) in analyzing business trends, motivating teams, and delivering complex business and technical capabilities involving enterprise software/solutions in IT operations and/or support functions.
  • Certification in Agile Project Management (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum), Service Management (ITIL), and/or Change Management (Prosci)Certification in Agile Project Management (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum), Service Management (ITIL), and/or Change Management (Prosci).
