We are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, deploying, and supporting cybersecurity solutions for customers on a project basis.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Implement and deploy cybersecurity solutions based on project requirements and customer environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Lead and participate in end to end project activities, from kickoff and technical discussions through implementation planning, execution, and project delivery.
• Work closely with Solution Consultants, Project Manager, and Partners & End-Users during project execution.
• Prepare technical implementation documentation, administration guide,  and project handover documents.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and  support customers during project onboarding.
• Provide post-implementation guidance,  and knowledge transfer sessions to customers with COA. 
• Ensure project delivery is completed within agreed timeline and quality standards.
• Support technical validation activities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and update internal SOPs/processes.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.

Experience in one or more of the following solutions is an added advantage:

• Privileged Access Management (PAM) *
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)*
• Vulnerability Management
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
• Endpoint Security
• Email Security
• Cloud Security
• Network Security solutions such as Firewalls, IPS, WAF, VPN, and NAC. 
• Data Security Solutions such as DLP, Data Classification. 
• AI security product knowledge will be an advantage 

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity implementation, system engineering, or technical support.
• Fresh graduates with strong cybersecurity knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work after office hours when required for project implementation. 
• Willing to travel for onsite implementation when required.

• Professional certifications such as CEH, Security+, SC-200, AZ-500, or vendor certifications.
• Experience handling enterprise or government projects.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• AI security product knowledge will be an advantage
