Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Service Delivery Management within telecom BSS projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS systems (CRM, Billing, Order Management, OSS integration).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management expertise; PMP or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
