8+ years in Procurement/Source to Pay/Service Delivery, with 3+ years in a service delivery or team lead role.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba (e.g., Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).
Good understanding of SAP MM / S/4HANA integration with Ariba (PR/PO, GR/IR, catalogs, vendor master, IDocs/CPI basics).
Demonstrated experience defining and enforcing SOPs, controls, and governance in procurement operations.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and engage senior stakeholders with clear communication and reporting.
Track record of managing SLAs, incidents, problems, and changes in an ITIL aligned environment.
